Limiting Yourself is a Habit

"I’m stuck.”

“This is too hard.”

“It’s impossible.”


These are examples of limiting beliefs. And, they’re just thoughts you’re used to thinking.


They don’t have to be true for you.


“This is hard. And, I can do hard things.”

“I have an amazing mind. I can figure anything out.”


These are examples of beliefs but ones that empower you, not disable you.


So much of where we are can be contributed to our thinking. Fortunately, we get to decide our thoughts. Which means, we get to decide our lives. 💖
